Clark Perdue is investigating claims that two Ford cars — the Ford Fusion Hybrid and Ford C-Max Hybrid — deliver substantially lower fuel economy than Ford has promoted in its advertising campaign.
The US Environmental Protection Agency is currently reviewing the mileage for both vehicles. This reviews comes on the heels of an article in Consumer Reports magazine which reported that, after 2,000 miles of driving, the vehicles got as little as 35 miles per gallon, 12 miles per gallon less than Ford claims.
Clark Perdue is currently collecting mileage information from the owners or lessees of these vehicles. Please contact the Ohio class action and consumer attorneys at Clark, Perdue & List to report your experiences toll free at 800-647-7003 or by e-mail.
