In order to

on a contingent fee basis.
It is called a contingent fee because our getting paid is contingent upon
your getting paid. In other words, if we are able to obtain an award for you,
whether by a negotiated settlement or trial, our fee is a percentage of the
amount we recover. If we do not succeed in obtaining compensation for you, you
do not owe us any fee.
Costs and Expenses
Expenses are paid
from your percentage of any recovery. If you receive no compensation, then our
firm absorbs the costs and expenses of your case, unless we agree otherwise in
advance.
