• We represented dozens of doctors and nurses injured by latex, some of whom had to discontinue their professional careers because of their allergies, in multi-district litigation based in Philadelphia. This litigation continued for more than 8 years. During this time, one of our lawyers served on the Plaintiff's Steering Committee. Millions of documents were warehoused and managed through a cooperative effort for use on latex cases across the country in both state and federal courts.

• We represented a class of shareholders who alleged they lost millions because of fraudulent mismanagement of company funds. The company, formerly based in Ohio, had total losses estimated to exceed $1 billion dollars. The casewas controlled by the Private Securities and Litigation Reform Act (PSLRA).
