We are pleased to announce our 2011 Trial Advocacy Institute. This seminar – presented with our colleagues at Anapol, Schwartz, Weiss, Cohan, Feldman & Smalley, P.C. – will feature trial strategies and innovative techniques for cutting edge litigation.
We will review recent changes in the law and address the greatest challenges faced by trial lawyers today. This year, our faculty includes elite, national practitioners who are leaders in the areas of pharmaceutical, medical device, mass tort and class action litigation.
Here is a preview of the agenda. Approval is being sought with the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 6.0 CLE credit hours.
Details will follow later this Summer. We hope that our Colleagues will join us on September 16, so that we can all work together to provide the highest level of legal representation to seriously injured consumers and their families.
