Andrew is a past president of the Central Ohio Association for Justice and a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Since 1996, Andrew has been widely recognized as a leading nursing home abuse lawyer in Ohio, after he obtained one of the largest jury awards in the state against a nursing home operator. Since that time, Andrew has helped dozens of families who have experienced the death of loved one as a result of neglect or abuse in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities.

For nearly two decades, Andrew has represented consumers and families who have suffered catastrophic loss caused by defective products.  His substantial experience in product liability law includes cases involving injuries and deaths caused by defective automobiles, dangererous pharmaceuticals, defective medical devices, and many other defective and dangerous products that have caused fires and explosions.

Andrew's experience includes many cases involving multiple injured consumers. In the early and mid 1990's, Andrew represented dozens of persons who had suffered serious burns caused by defective coolant systems in Renault automobiles.  More recently, Andrew has taken a leading role in many pharmaceutical cases--representing hundreds of consumers who suffered heart attacks or strokes after taking Vioxx or Bextra, as well as as children who have suffered catastrophic injury as a result of various antidepressant medications, including Paxil.

Over the last several years, Andrew has represented many consumers and families who have suffered injury or the loss of a loved one caused by defective heart devices. His work in this area included individual cases filed in both state and federal courts in Ohio, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

Andrew also handles complex consumer matters, including class actions and multi-district litigation.  Most recently, he was part of a team of lawyers representing a class of investors who had been defrauded by a large healthcare distribution company.

Andrew is admitted to practice in all of Ohio's trial courts, both at the state and federal level, and he has also been admitted to the United States Supreme Court.  Additionally, Andrew has been admitted on a case-by-case basis to numerous trial courts outside Ohio, serving as trial counsel for lawyers who request assistance in bringing complex cases before judges and juries.
